Ninja Hooks are CNC cut using super strong baltic birch, painted with either Polyurethane for a smooth finish or a Textured paint finish. Use them to swing from your Ninja rig, as an added level of difficulty when doing pull ups. Lets get creative with them!
Now available in Regular or XL! Regular Hooks weigh 1.4lbs each and are great for younger or lighter athletes. XLHooks weigh 1.8lbs each, have a thicker design for added strength and are recommended for use by athletes over 100lbs or for maneuversinvolving impact to the hooks.
