OCR, Obstacle Course Races are individual or mass participation events where athletes run and overcome obstacles. Most popular lengths of the OCR races are 100 m (sprint), 3 km (short course), and 5 km (international).
Many obstacles are similar to those used in military training, while others are unique to obstacle racing and are employed throughout the course to test endurance, strength, speed, and dexterity.
