This case is a mobile kitchen for touring productions. The case features a refrigerator, microwave, commercial grade Keurig beverage maker, printer and electric grill. The case functions as the central hub in a production environment allowing team members to grab a bite to eat or a beverage quickly without leaving the job site.
The refrigerator and microwave feature stainless steel exteriors and are mounted in foam lined compartments to prevent damage from shipping, all appliance vents are addressed and routed to ensure the units run cool during hard use. The electric grill, Keurig and printer are mounted on slide out shelves. Each shelf is built out of 3/4″ Baltic Birch plywood finished in black texture coating and mounted on heavy duty Accuride drawer glides. The appliances mounted on the slide out shelves are mounted in custom CNC cut-outs that contour the shapes to prevent them from moving when the case is transported. The case interior also features 2 storage drawers built out of 1/2″ Baltic Birch plywood, mounted on heavy duty Accuride glides and finished with black texture coating. All the appliances are wired to central power distribution unit that features a 15 amp breaker, the power distribution unit is wired to a retractable 30ft cable reel to provide the main input power. When at an event, the user simply pulls out the built in power cable to attach it to a source; when the event is over the spring loaded cord reel retracts the power cable gently back into the case.
The case exterior is built out of 3/8″ plywood laminated with black ABS plastic. Venting is provided by custom routed vent holes that are covered with perforated expanded metal. The expanded metal is press bent into the routed vent holes so that all edges are routed and contour the exterior case. The case features 4 silkscreen prints of the 2 color, pad lockable hasp latches, table legs in the front lid and 4″ Colson casters with a full 3/4″ Birch caster board.

5. What is the mean of Alphabet “U” in rack case catalog?
For rack case, we offer 2U, 4U, 6U, 8U and other models of “U” cases. “U” here is a unit referring to inner height of the rack case . Usually, 1 U equals 1.75” (4.45cm).
