The Palm Flip is an exhilarating ninja obstacle that will put your agility and timing to the test! This unique challenge begins in an upright position, with the arms resting against an overhead crosspipe. You start by hanging on to the cliffhangers near the embedded polymer bearing. From there, your goal is to dyno and tap the obstacle to make it fall into the down position. As it drops, you must swiftly maneuver to catch its angled sides.The Palm Flip is designed for 2″ pipe but it will also work with 1.5″.

For a simpler challenge, start with the obstacle in the down position and lache onto the angled sides or the cliffhangers at the bottom of the long arms. The Palm Flip offers cliffhangers in two variations: 2″ for the regular version and 1.5″ for the pro version, allowing you to choose your preferred level of difficulty. Test your timing, coordination, and upper body strength as you flip, tap, and grab your way to success!
